Services · side projects

I build the automation your team keeps doing by hand.

I work full-time on GTM at Claimlane and take on a few small projects on the side. Fixed scope, fixed price, and you see it working on your own data before you pay for the build.

What I build

Four things I'm good at.

How a project runs

It's a workflow, obviously.

Click a step to see what happens there, or run the whole thing.

A weekly lead-signal digest and content tools

New companies and changes worth a call, collected and summed up every week, plus forms that turn their expertise into content.

Newsletter to podcast, plus video clips

Each newsletter becomes a podcast episode in his own voice, and long videos get cut into short clips ready to post.

Pricing

One fixed price per project.

After a short call I send one proposal: what gets built, by when, and the price in DKK. You pay for your own tools, so nothing stops working if we stop working together.

  • Depends onHow many tools need connecting
  • How much judgment the work needs (rules or AI)
  • Training and support after handoff

Questions

Before you book a call.

How long does a project take?

Workshops are 1 to 3 days. Automation builds are usually 2 to 6 weeks. I work full-time at Claimlane, so I only take small, clearly scoped projects. You get a specific timeline after the first call.

Who owns what I build?

You do. It runs in your accounts (n8n, Make, Claude, your CRM) and you pay for those tools directly. I prototype on my own setup, then move it into yours.

What if it can't be done?

You'll know before the proposal. I test the idea on your real data first and send you sample output. If it doesn't work, you hear it then, not three weeks in.

Do you work remotely?

Mostly, yes. Workshops can be on-site in Copenhagen.

Which tools do you work with?

n8n, Make, Zapier, Clay, HubSpot, Claude and the Anthropic API, Python and JavaScript. I'll suggest what fits your setup and budget, not what I happen to like.

Got a process eating hours every week?

Tell me how it works today. I'll tell you if I can build something for it, and test it on real data before any proposal.
