The platform offers a self-service portal for customers to submit claims easily, ensuring all necessary data and documentation (like photos and receipts) are captured upfront.
Claimlane integrates with major e-commerce, shipping, and ERP systems to automate refunds, generate shipping labels, and communicate with suppliers, significantly reducing resolution times and improving the customer experience.
Role: Marketing Specialist
As the Marketing Specialist at Claimlane, I lead initiatives across the marketing spectrum with a laser focus on leveraging automation to scale our reach and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Automation: Designing and implementing automated workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, and customer retention.
- Strategy Development: Crafting and executing go-to-market strategies to position Claimlane as the leader in returns management.
- Content Marketing: Producing high-value content (blogs, case studies) that educates the market and drives organic traffic.
- Campaign Management: Running targeted B2B campaigns across LinkedIn and other channels to generate qualified leads.
- Data & Analytics: Tracking campaign performance and optimizing funnels based on real-time data.
