Pizzeria MaMeMi is a Copenhagen-based pizzeria known for its high-quality ingredients and traditional approach to pizza-making, inspired by Italian heritage. The restaurant combines Italian techniques with modern culinary adventures to create an authentic dining experience.

MaMeMi collaborates with local businesses, influencers, and chefs to promote its brand and ensure a steady customer flow. The pizzeria actively engages on social media, focusing on video content across Instagram, Facebook Reels, and TikTok, while also planning longer-form YouTube content featuring guest chefs.

This is a project-based collaboration, through the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs Program.

Throughout, I collaborate part-time with Francesco Barletta. MaMeMi is ranked amongst the best 50 pizzerias in Europe, which offers Copenhagen’s first authentic Roman-style pizza with ingredients from Italy.
