About Pizzeria MaMeMi
Pizzeria MaMeMi is a Copenhagen-based pizzeria ranked among Europe's Top 50, known for its authentic Roman-style pizza made with a secret blend of five organic flours sourced from Italian micro-mills. The restaurant offers an extensive wine list featuring over 400 labels from organic and biodynamic vineyards across Italy.
Founded by three Italian entrepreneurs - brothers Francesco Barletta and Danilo Barletta, and their cousin Daniel Di Pierro - MaMeMi brings over 10 years of expertise in authentic Roman-style pizza making to Denmark. Francesco Barletta serves as the host entrepreneur for this Erasmus exchange, providing mentorship in business management, forecasting, and digital strategy.
